Relaxed pot luck lunch in between. Lama Oser’s warm and friendly teaching style and the blessed atmosphere of the wee meditation hall at Gomde will make this a very special day. All welcome. Contribution requested £20 for the day. It is also possible to attend just the morning or afternoon session.
