Please join us at Gomde Scotland for a 7-day journey into Tender Awareness from Sunday, May 31 to Saturday, June 6th led by Heidi Köppl.
We will practice gentle meditations to release tension and inhabit the body with loving care. This retreat focuses on using a tender heart to meet thoughts and emotions with kindness, not force or judgment. For beginners and seasoned practitioners. Held in the quiet beauty of Scotland.
For the past 15 years a dedicated team have been managing the 50 acres of charity owned woodland at Wester Hardmuir, keeping it as sanctuary for wildlife and increasing the biodiversity, which benefits the surrounding farmlands. The land is enjoyed by community, volunteers and retreatants. Slowly the old tractor, so vital for so many daily tasks, has been falling apart. This has been making the work steadily more difficult and dangerous for the volunteers. Now thanks to the Berry Burn Community Fund we can finally replace it. Big appreciation 🙂 Thank you everyone who has made this possible!
